Delicious Meals Delivered by Angels

Randy, 71, has been through a lot – strokes, heart attacks, partial blindness, and cancer for the second time. Randy can no longer cook for himself, so he signed up for FeedMore WNY’s home-delivered meals. He says it was easy.

According to Randy, the meals are a blessing — they’re appropriate for his dietary restrictions, reliable and delicious.  

If you weren’t aware of all that Randy is dealing with health-wise, you’d never guess just by meeting him, because Randy smiles a lot. What makes him smile most is his friends, including the volunteers who deliver his meals.  

“They’re angels,” he says, “and friends.”    

Randy’s angels are also M&T Bank employees, three of whom are pictured with him – Deb Snyder, Ruth Keating and Robin Dowd. M&T Bank adopted a FeedMore HDM route to demonstrate the bank’s commitment to our communities’ health and wellbeing.

Deb, Ruth and Robin check in on Randy often and share stories about their own lives, like Deb’s recent trip to New Zealand. The three ladies have been volunteering together for 20 years!
