DESCRIPTION:Wegmans Food Markets and News 4 WIVB-TV/CW23 WNLO will team up with the Food Bank of WNY for the 4th Annual Fill the Backpack campaign to collect food for children in need.  For two weeks in June\, Wegmans shoppers throughout the Food Bank of WNY’s four-county service area will be able to purchase pre-packaged bags of food to support the BackPack Program\, which helps students who rely on free and reduced-price meals at school by providing them with take-home bags of food each Friday throughout the school year.  Currently\, more than 2\,700 children in 41 schools participate in the BackPack Program.  Visit our Facebook and Twitter accounts for the latest information on the Fill the BackPack Campaign!
