SNAP Outreach: May 2023

SNAP helps Western New York’s older adults buy healthy food at the grocery store. Individuals with limited income or high medical and living expenses may be eligible to receive benefits. We are working with the National Council on Aging to help qualifying low-income older adults get access to information about SNAP through community-based outreach and enrollment initiatives. Older adults interested in learning about SNAP benefits can meet with a member of our team in person.
