Where do I get my voucher?

Once you place your order online you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This will serve as your voucher.

Can I just show my email on my smartphone at checkout?

No. Please print out your email voucher and turn it in to the cashier for redemption. Vouchers can only be used once, and each will be verified at checkout.

Can I redeem the vouchers at any location?

Vouchers can only be redeemed at the location that you select when placing your order.

What varieties are available with each voucher type?

Each pickup location will have several varieties of annual baskets, potted plants and flats. Selection may vary and some exclusions may apply.

How do I pick up my plants?

Plants will be available for pick-up from your selected location from Friday, May 3, through Friday, May 31, during regular business hours. When you arrive at your pick-up location, choose the plants you'd like from the selection available (varieties may vary and some exclusions may apply). Bring them to the checkout and 'pay' for your flowers by presenting your printed voucher/email receipt.
